We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the IT Initiatives team at one of our largest hospitality clients here in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid position that will require you to work onsite at the corporate office or at the casino properties. The current team is broken up between nine other Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Product Owners. This Business Analyst has accountability for ensuring business satisfaction for all operational aspects related to the relationship of IT and the business. This role will have a specific area of operational expertise and will act as a direct liaison servicing the business, maintaining relationship continuity with IT and understanding/driving a variety of related operational processes.
* 3+ years of Business Analyst experience focused in technical initiatives
* Proficient in gathering system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams, business needs are documented and validating that limitations or risks are understood
* Previous experience in leading implementations and rollouts in an enterprise environment for marketing & gaming projects
* Knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Outlook, Visio, MS Diagram
* Previous experience working in a gaming environment
