Insight Global is looking for a Front of House Program Manager for one of our largest hospitality clients in Las Vegas, NV! A successful candidate will need to be detail oriented and experienced in project management, equally comfortable talking tech with developers, user experience with designers, copy and positioning with product marketers and numbers with the finance and accounting business partners. Most importantly you will have experience working closely within the Project Management Office (PPMO) and Product Teams in the FOH Vertical. This candidate must have a solid understanding of hotel operations, gaming operations, project management processes and execution, as well as the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and be able to leverage that knowledge to understand impacts across the entire portfolio.
* 5+ years of experience in a Sr. Project Manager role or Program Manager role
* Leadership experience managing direct reports, doing training, and mentoring for project managers
* Past experience working in Agile and Scrum environment
* Hotel OR Hospitality IT Project/Program Management experience working with gaming technologies
* Understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
* Experience with managing projects with interfaces to third party developers & vendors
* Strong documentation experience with SharePoint or similar tools
