Insight Global is seeking a remote Regulatory Compliance Manager for a top iGaming client!
This is a remote position; however, the candidates must be located in Nevada, New Jersey, or Virginia.
This Legal and Regulatory Compliance Manager will manage the company's legal matters, gambling licenses, and regulatory activities in states where the company has a license. This includes, but is not restricted to, New Jersey, Michigan, and future US market entries.
* Assistance on license application submissions
* Litigious and non-litigious matters working with external lawyers and government affairs consultancies
* Advising on the legal and regulatory risk involved in offering games and platform software solutions to the gaming industry content to a variety of markets including new and emerging markets where legislation has not fully developed
* Head up our local regulatory compliance efforts to ensure responsible compliance with domestic frameworks
* Handle all day-to-day management of the company's US software license portfolio including holding official positions under relevant regulations
* Oversee licensing conditions and codes of practice are adhered to for the licenses held by the company
* Develop and advance new and existing control systems to prevent incompatibility with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational procedures
* Assess and advance the efficiency of controls
* Develop and revise policies and operational procedures on a periodic basis
* Oversee regulatory reporting and engaging in communication with the relevant regulatory authorities as necessary to represent the company's interests
* Develop regulatory compliance reports for authorities and management as applicable
* 5+ years of legal and regulatory compliance experience with progressive responsibility.
* Experience managing relationships with local gambling regulators is a plus.
* Proven track record of achievements in a similar role in gambling compliance.
* Excellent ability to summarize and communicate complex information and guidelines.
* Strong legal writing and legal research skills.
* Exposure to drafting and negotiation of international commercial agreements, familiar with intellectual property. Exposure to alternative dispute resolution methods is preferable, but not mandatory. Prior experience with corporate legal aspects is considered an advantage.

* Clear concise written and verbal communication skills with solid business acumen is essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment and to act decisively.
* Some international travel required.
