Job Description
We are seeking a Site Quality Manager to support an industrial power plant construction project in Hallam, Nebraska. This role will be responsible for overseeing site quality activities, managing quality documentation, coordinating with inspection teams, and serving as a primary point of contact with the client. The project requires a strong quality team to support ongoing construction activities. The Site Quality Manager will work closely with field inspectors and project stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
CWI certified (certified welding inspector) with concrete experience
Experience in site quality management on industrial construction projects.
Experience with document control, quality tracking, and turnover documentation.
Ability to review specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Current CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
Working knowledge of concrete inspection and quality processes.
Experience supporting power plant or other industrial construction projects.
