Location: Omaha, NE

Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their supply chain team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze inventory and run daily/weekly procurement reports
• Determine what materials need to be ordered, when, and in what quantities
• Create and manage purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, planning, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate:
○ Pricing
○ Delivery timelines
○ Payment terms
• Expedite orders and resolve supplier delays/issues
• Track and ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Maintain proper inventory levels to support production
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in:
○ Procurement
○ Purchasing
○ Sourcing
○ Supply Planning
• Experience analyzing reports and making purchasing decisions
• Strong supplier communication and negotiation experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid/on-site environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Buyer or planning background
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Advanced negotiation experience
• Knowledge of full purchasing lifecycle
Work Environment
• Hybrid schedule:
○ 1 day remote one week
○ 2 days remote the following week
• Start time between 7:00–8:00 AM
Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 annually
