Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Pre-Weigher to support production operations at their Omaha facility. This individual will be responsible for accurately measuring, handling, and transporting raw materials used in the manufacturing process. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency in batching and compounding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and stage raw materials for production
Accurately weigh and measure chemicals and ingredients
Restock inventory and consolidate materials
Support compounding and batching teams
Move drums and materials using lifts, pallet jacks, tippers, and forklifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pre-weigh area
Follow strict safety and handling procedures
Work Environment
Fully onsite in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
No air conditioning (fans only)
Exposure to dust, heat, and noise
Physically demanding (standing, lifting 50+ lbs regularly)
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of manufacturing experience
1+ year of material handling or inventory experience
Strong math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift experience
Experience handling chemicals or raw materials
Background in manufacturing industries (cosmetics, food, pharma, chemical)
Candidate Profile
Reliable attendance history
High accuracy and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interested in long-term growth within manufacturing
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime available
