Job Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer to support Salesforce-focused testing efforts within a growing, fast-paced engineering environment. This individual will play a key role in regression testing, functional validation, and maintaining test quality across ongoing platform enhancements.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to step in quickly, understand the environment, and contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute functional and regression testing across Salesforce applications
• Utilize Panaya for test management, regression tracking, and system updates
• Maintain and update regression test suites, including refreshes and enhancements as the platform evolves
• Support a mixed testing model:
o ~15–20% automation (focused on setup and expansion within Panaya)
o Majority manual testing in partnership with broader QA team
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with a team of ~12 QA partners and stakeholders to ensure coverage and quality across releases
• Contribute to improving testing processes and automation opportunities over time
6 month contract, extensions/FTE conversion possible

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments
• Hands-on experience with Panaya (or similar Salesforce-specific testing tools)
• Strong background in functional testing and regression testing
• Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute in a fast-moving environment
• Experience maintaining and updating test cases and regression suites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate end-to-end workflows

• Helps expand automation where appropriate while maintaining strong manual testing discipline

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience building or expanding test automation within Panaya or similar tools
• Exposure to hybrid testing environments (manual + automation)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and business teams
