Job Description
A telecom client of Insight Global is seeking a Remote Web & Digital Experience Developer to support the rebuild and modernization of its digital platforms. This role will focus on developing scalable, high-performance web applications using a modern headless architecture and front-end frameworks.
This individual will play a key role in rebuilding the company’s website from the ground up using React, while integrating with backend systems including Salesforce and internal billing platforms via APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Contribute to the migration from legacy systems to a headless CMS architecture
Build responsive, user-centric digital experiences aligned with UI/UX best practices
Integrate front-end applications with backend services via REST and GraphQL APIs
Partner with backend engineers to consume and implement APIs for Salesforce and internal billing systems
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
Support end-to-end development, including front-end implementation and system integration
Assist with documentation of technical requirements and application functionality
6 month contract with extensions/conversion possible

$45-$55/hour

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in modern web development
Strong proficiency with:
- React and Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
Experience building applications using headless / API-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Experience integrating with external platforms such as Salesforce (Digital Experience/Experience Cloud)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in the telecom industry
Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments
Experience integrating with billing or enterprise systems
