Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a Center of Excellence (COE) comprised of Data Technicians, Project Managers Assistants, and Project Control Analysts, supporting a massive energy/utilities client. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end execution of work order reconciliation efforts, including both blanket and discrete work orders, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and operational consistency across the team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, a solid understanding of utility operations, and demonstrated experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented workstreams in partnership with regulated utility clients. The pay range is between 35-40/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within utilities, energy, or infrastructure-related environments.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in a COE, shared services, or operations-focused model.
Strong understanding of utility work orders, asset lifecycle processes, or back-office utility operations.
Proven people leadership skills, performance management, and team development.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of detail-driven work.
Strong communication skills with experience interfacing directly with client stakeholders.
Proficiency with data tracking, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in a COE, shared services, or operations-focused model.
• Prior experience supporting or working directly with electric utilities (e.g., distribution, transmission, or field services).
• Experience managing both blanket and discrete work order structures.
Background in data reconciliation, QA/QC, or financial/work order validation.
