Job Description
This position supports construction projects through field and laboratory materials testing, beginning with a structured two‑week orientation that includes safety training, technical instruction, and hands‑on field experience. The role involves learning and performing concrete and soil testing, completing accurate reports, participating in special inspections, and progressively working independently as confidence and competency are demonstrated. Employees complete required driver safety training, participate in regular safety check‑ins and safety conversations, and operate company vehicles and testing equipment at active job sites. The company provides required PPE such as hard hats, gloves, and safety gear, while employees must supply steel‑toed, lace‑up, heeled work boots.
