Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to join the team of one of their top clients in the insurance brokerage space. This person will work to design build, and maintain digital assets within their clients HubSpot CRM and CMS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing, sales, and technology, developing custom themes, workflows, and API integrations that streamline operations and elevate the customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with software development, marketing and operations teams to automate processes, optimize performance, and deliver data-driven insights across multiple digital platforms. There are multiple projects that currently need support, with about 3 different products that incorporate HubSpot in this environment. This role is ideal for an established, enthusiastic and skilled HubSpot Developer.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of hands on development with HubSpot CMS and CRM, including HubDB, HubL, custom modules and workflows
• 3-5 years and strong front-end development skills, mainly in React
• Strong experience and proficiency with CI/CD workflows for automating HubSpot Deployments, integrating with Git Based repositories, and maintaining clean, testable code across environments
Experience working with Git/GitHub repository and agile workflows.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Proficient .NET experience
• Full stack development experience
Experience working in Insurance background
