A telecommunications company outside of Omaha, NE is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired and developed assets into our operational ecosystem. This role will focus on aligning infrastructure, systems, and servicesespecially in support of our expanding fiber network and advanced technology deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional integration projects for new fiber assets, technologies, and service platforms.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, IT, finance, customer service) and external partners to align systems and workflows.
Ensure seamless onboarding of new assets into existing infrastructure, including data centers, cloud platforms, and customer-facing services.
Monitor and report progress, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Support change management efforts, including training, documentation, and communication strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Duration: 4-6 month contract
Location: Remote (Omaha, NE in-office desirable)
Rate: $45-$60/hour

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or technology integration.
Strong understanding of fiber networks, telecom systems, and enterprise service platforms.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience with network expansion, M&A integration, or technology rollouts.
