Insight Global is looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their clients' team in Omaha, NE. This role is focused on managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate processing of payments, refunds, and account adjustments. The day-to-day includes reviewing and reissuing refund checks, posting payments, and resolving payment exceptions. The individual will also handle customer inquiries, coordinate with third-party vendors, and support month-end reporting. This candidate needs a strong understanding of tax exemptions as well. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, familiar with general accounting procedures, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. Independence, prioritization, and responsiveness are key to success in this role. The pay range for this position is up to $21/HR depending on experience.
