The Sr Analyst analyzes existing workflows to identify improvement areas and proposes alternative solutions. You will oversee team performance, prioritize tasks, and conduct independent research to inform strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of process management and the ability to influence project outcomes effectively. Pay 50/hr

· 5+ years of Analyst experience within process optimization/process analysis
· Ability to deal with ambiguity, analyze available data, and propose efficient and AI -drive solutions
General knowledge/understanding: n8n, MS copilot studio, Zapier
· Proficient with process optimization: process mapping, workflow streamlining
Understand agents, agentic flows, LLMs
· Experience within project management/managing multiple stakeholders and projects
· Experience with low/no-code tools:
Power Apps, Power Automate
Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI
Python 4 scripting
