Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a talented and passionate Program Manager with experience in leading highly complex and strategic programs end-to-end which includes Agile project management, product launch management, change management and organizational dynamics to be part of the clients Marketing Domain Platforms. Ideal candidate will have experience leading Marketing Technology Transformation Programs involving Adobe or SalesForce implementations. In the midst of a major transformation in finance technology. This role will be central to driving enhancements that directly impact the client and its broader ecosystem. As a Project Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with multiple teams, gaining significant visibility across the organization and playing a key role in shaping the future. Pay: 75/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
· 8+ years of Program Manager experience.
· Experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives.
· Agile lifecycle and scrum experience
· Experience managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting the customer experience.
· You know how to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaboration and communication across business and technology stakeholders.
· Success in developing program/project level artifacts to support a major software implementation program with concurrent releases.
