As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be the face of our client's park, providing exceptional customer service to guests by assisting with sports and recreation equipment, setting up and monitoring lawn games, supporting event set-up and coordination, and ensuring the park and event spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a positive experience for all visitors, alerting the maintenance team to any issues and staying informed about local events that may impact park operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Assistance: Greet and assist park visitors, providing information about park amenities and available recreational activities.
Equipment Lending: Lend sports and recreation equipment to guests, ensuring all items are properly checked out and returned in good condition.
Lawn Games Setup: Set up and maintain lawn games for guests to enjoy, ensuring they are in safe and functional condition.
Event Support: Assist with light event set-up and monitoring, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations, as well as helping with event coordination when necessary.
Safety & Cleanliness Monitoring: Regularly patrol park and event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and that guests are following park rules. Promptly report any hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and events, providing assistance as needed.
Local Events Awareness: Keep up to date with local community events that could affect park activities or guest experience, and provide relevant information to guests.
Customer Feedback: Collect guest feedback on park amenities and activities, reporting any suggestions or concerns to the management team.
