Insight Global is looking for a Sr Scrum Master for a large fintec company in Omaha, NE. This scrum master will be supporting a large migration efforts for federal tax payment systems from on prem to the azure cloud. On a day to day basis this scrum master will be coordinating with development teams to develop project requirements and building out user stories in Azure Devops to provide strategic direction for technical teams. This scrum master will also be interacting with both internal and external partners and vendors so strong communication skills is highly desired. This position offers opportunity for upward mobility and is onsite in Omaha, NE 5 days per week. The estimated pay range for this position is 50-55/hr depending on years of experience.

3 -5 years of professional Scrum Master experience at an enterprise level company
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
Previous experience working in JIRA and Azure DevOps for user stories management
Excellence organization and communication skills
Prior experience managing and interacting with internal nd external stakeholders
