Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Specialist for a client within the product manufacturing space! This person will be responsible for maintaining the HRIS and processing paychecks according to schedule for 4 separate facilities. Their duties include consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, calculating paycheck amounts and distributing funds to employee accounts. 80K-90K Salary Range. Additional duties required below:

- Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll systems, etc.

- Managing requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development and/or purchase of new software applications.

- Acting as lead for in-progress HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits and Payroll.

- Supporting all HRIS systems and HR end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems and software).

- Actively identifying and resolving issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations..

- Maintaining and administering ad hoc report writing tools for end users; training and assisting users of those ad hoc report writing tools.

- Prepare and process payroll transmission bi-weekly for 4 separate sites (in NE, AZ, and NJ). Troubleshoot timeclocks and maintain timecard application and provide reports and assist in payroll audits..

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of payroll processing experience

- Proven knowledge experience of HRIS maintenance

- Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows

- Must have ADP Payroll experience

o HRIS system implementation experience preferred

- Previous experience working with multiple payrolls and payroll cycles

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams)

- Experience documenting work orders and documenting service requests.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bilingual

- Any sort of payroll certificates (CPP Cerfitfication, SHRM, or HRCI HR cert

- Strong experience within excel
