We are seeking a Jr. Salesforce Support Administrator with a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and best practices. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new processes, facilitating user adoption, and managing complex requirements. Proficiency in CPQ, Lightning, or Communications Cloud is preferred, along with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
This person can remote anywhere in the United States but Nebraska and Colorado are preferred. This position is looking to pay 30-37/hr based on skills and experience as well as benefits are offered through Insight Global while on contract.
