Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Secret Service Desk Associate to join our team 100% onsite at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. This person will join a team of 15 people to provide IT and desktop support for end users. This team provides 24x7 operations to support the mission, and they use Remedy and Service Now ticketing systems. Primary responsibilities will include providing top-tier customer service to answer phones and emails quickly, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and communicating often. This team provides desktop support and Windows and Microsoft support, application support for commercial applications, and other hardware/operating system questions. This position will have day shift hours between 10am to 6pm, but this person may need to help with an occasional night shift, weekend, or holiday shift to support the team as needed. Its required to have the Secret clearance to start this role. Any future promotions would require upgrading to TS/SCI clearance, and its required to earn a certification within the first 6 months of the role if it has not already been earned.

This position can pay up to $28.50/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree plus 2 years of professional experience OR 4+ years of relevant experience
- Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products, Office 365, Outlook, and basic desktop troubleshooting via phone calls
- Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and sense of urgency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certifications
o Will need to earn one or more of these within first 6 months in the role if you dont already have it
- Experience with Remedy or Service Now ticketing systems
- Eligible to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI clearance
