Insight Global is seeking to bring on a Quality Tester II position. This role will be responsible for developing and executing control testing within their ServiceNow platform. This candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate controls. Your daily duties will also entail fixing managing controls that do not work throughout the testing process.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
· 2-5 years working knowledge of ServiceNow and Excel.
· Prior experience in QA/test environment (Manual)
· Experience in quality control testing
o Documenting test results
· Ability to problem solve with functional and technical teams.
· Experience managing software test programs through ServiceNow
· Risk Management and compliance experience.
