Insight Global is hiring an IT Campus Support Specialist to join our client 100% onsite in Omaha, NE. This is a 6 month Contract to Hire role. This role will be responsible for windows imaging, software installs, printer installs, AV support in conference rooms, shipping equipment, new hire equipment set ups, and more. Additionally, they will use the Service Now ticketing system and work on 30+ tickets per week on average. Their goal is to be hands on, but they are also the escalation from the service desk and support walk-up issues. Soft skills such as customer service, communication, responsibility and ownership of your work, and ability to research, troubleshoot, and problem solve will be important for this position. The right candidate should want to learn and grow with the company long term.

- 0-2 years of experience supporting end user IT hardware and software issues
- Strong customer services skills to communicate with a variety of people, with a high sense of urgency, professionalism, and dedication to the role
- Comfortable with an IT ticketing service such as Service Now or Remedy
- Knowledgeable of solving IT issues on Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Applications
