Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a strong Desk Top Support Technician. These roles will be a combination of supporting campus-based employees as well as supporting our Global Staff remotely. Working knowledge of Service-Now an added advantage. Must have a proven track record of customer facing engagement, across a diverse range of platforms, with the ability to effectively communicate product use and suitability.

Required Skills & Experience

* Working knowledge of ServiceNow

* Delivering world class customer experience

* Ability to manage mini projects and execute to plan. This should include:

o Office moves, Renovations and M&As as well as software & hardware deployments.

* Working knowledge of Mac/Dell

* Ability to work independently (HM sits in Ireland/there will be weekly meetings/daily touch points for assistance)

* Fluent in English

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)

End-User/Client facing configuration of Office 365
