A Fortune 250 oil & gas client is looking for a Project Engineer at any level to join an engineering team in Omaha, NE. The team is in charge of pipelines and this individual will be assisting with the engineering and design pieces and will rotate through multiple projects. They will work daily to put together design drawings, material, and address construction questions. It will be helpful for them to be familiar with working in previous industries involving large equipment. Once the projects are fully commissioned, they will be passed off to another team. This individual is expected to be confident, self-motivated and naturally driven, and a hard worker. If this individual is interested in Field Engineering work, that opportunity may present itself after 1 year of working with the client.

* 2-3 years+ of working experience can include intern experience or relevant experience during school.
* Knowledge of CAD controls
o AutoCAD 2D or 3D
o Revit
o SolidWorks
* Engineering degree
o Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* Previous experience at a process plant, power plant, refinery, or experience working with mechanical equipment.
* Prior utility experience
* Interest in utility or energy space
