Our financial tech client is looking for a recruiter to help in placing high volume positions in the call center/customer service space. A qualified recruiter must have knowledge of the local market they are supporting, and be able to quickly prioritize requirements, source offensively, qualify and place talent into recurring openings for our client. They must be a problem solver and be very innovative with their approach for finding talent quickly. They should have the ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
4+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting for positions in high volume recruiting (call center or phone support reqs highly preferred)
Experience should include sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, relationship management and due diligence.
Experience recruiting for a heavily regulated industry (ex: insurance, financial, pharma or healthcare preferred)
Experience using common industry jobs boards and recruiting software systems
2-3 years using Workday
Experience with SLA's and recruiting metrics in a highly process driven environment.
