Insight Global is looking to fill a Help Desk position in Omaha, NE. As the Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible to help assist about 11,000 internal employees as they return to the office and with other issues such as -- remote access issues, password reset, VPN, second factor authentication. You will be handling 35-40 tickets daily through their ticketing Remedy. All interaction will be handled over the phone so communication skills must be great!
* 3+ years of service desk experience (or someone very eager/willing to learn)
* Experience providing support over the phone for 8+ hours a day
* Windows 10 experience
* Hands on experience with ticketing systems: they specifically use Remedy
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
