As a member of a Global Billing team for an Enterprise FinTech client, the Billing Operation Analyst will support the recurring billing operations during a system integration phase.
* Consolidating data
* Manipulating reports
* Identifying pricing and billable activity for monthly/weekly invoicing
* Reconcile AR to cash
* Any other tasks that come up revolving around the following:
o Payment tokes
o Updating accounts
Accessing ERP system to get to data and then updating within the system itself
* 2-4 years relevant work experience in billing and payments operations
* Expert level in MS Excel; formulas, VLOOKUP, manipulate data
o Will be working with hundreds of thousands of lines so needs experience with a large company that requires large amounts of data.
* Oracle NetSuite billing system
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures
* Experience working with complex, multi-system environments including data extraction and interfaces
* Experience working with cross --functional and international teams
* BA/BS Degree
* Experience following an SAP
* Strong communication skills, understanding of GAAP, payment processing, payment industry experience
