Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer. This role is hands‑on, with equal ownership of backend and frontend systems, using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend. You will collaborate closely through paired programming, drive technical decision‑making, and ensure smooth, scalable delivery in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development background.
Expertise with Python and Django.
Experience with relational databases.
Experience working within microservices architecture
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working within a microservices architecture and distributed systems environment.
Exposure to or hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
Prior experience with system design, application architecture, and large-scale modernization initiatives is a plus.
