Job Description
We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer/Engineer to join our Bangalore-based development team and contribute to building high‑performance data services. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain C++ systems while collaborating closely with product, architecture, UX, QA, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain C++ applications and platform components.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX, and engineering teams to define requirements, architecture, and feature designs.
Develop high‑quality, scalable system designs; create architecture diagrams; contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Improve platform efficiency, reliability, and serviceability through research, prototyping, and continuous engineering refinement.
Support non‑functional testing, CI/CD, automation, and production operations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Work hands‑on in 2‑week sprints, participating in code reviews, standups, and team ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and testing.
Expertise in C++, including memory management, performance optimization, multithreading, STL, and modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20).
Strong system design skills (high‑level & low‑level), with experience creating architecture diagrams (C4, system landscape, etc.).
Experience with microservices, REST and gRPC APIs, Docker, Git/GitHub, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of databases/SQL and vault technologies (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
Experience building scalable, high‑availability applications and working in Agile/SAFe environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills; familiarity with Confluence.
Ability to mentor engineers and participate in technical discussions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in financial platforms.
AWS experience, including services such as MemoryDB.
