Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage/Create social media platforms for all sites nationally.

* Review and report on all reputational platforms.

* Develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote the brand.

* Increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

* Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products.

* Research audience preferences and discover current trends.

* Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.

* Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

* Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.

* Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.

* Report on online reviews and feedback from customers.

* Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.

* Oversee social media accounts' layout.

* Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers.

* Create, Maintain, and update digital ads for all properties.

* Be able to work with third-party vendors.

* Ensure that all social media and web content is ADA compliant.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in digital media management

In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

Proven work experience in social media with web development experience / Expertise in multiple social media platforms.

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video) that is ADA compliant.

Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
