Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Project Manager to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be managing 2-3 projects at once for our client's Omni Channel Back Office Project (OCBO). This project is responsible for creating a back office that allows both their eCommerce platform and, eventually, their call centers to place and access orders using the same system. The Omni Channel Back office is the set of APIs that facilitates a client to retrieve backend data as well submit an order to billing systems. This person will be responsible for driving the scope of the work, following, up on timelines, and ensuring project standards are executed. They will be connecting with business stakeholders, understanding the business requirements and the initial state of the project and then working with enterprise architects to assist and manage the high level design, timelines, and any other dependencies for projects they are responsible for. This person will also be responsible for some budget and ensuring projects are being executed efficiently. This role is on site 3 days a week, 2 days remote.
