Job Description

A large banking client is seeking a Software Development Engineer III to join their team. This team is made up on 8 developers, 1 support engineer, and 3 QA's. The ideal person for this role will have heavy healthcare background with experience in the following areas: A37, A35, and other healthcare cash collections. All applications within this team are internal and developed in-house. This teams responsibilities include the following: supporting converting clients on to RemitConnect 2.0 platform, architecture and design supporting scalability and stability for ingesting, processing, transforming, and serving large amounts of data, and participating in an on-call rotation to address production issues and after-hours alerts. The ideal candidate will work in CST time zone and but this role will be fully remote.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of experience with C# and .net core development

· 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server

· 5+ years of experience with databases/ data intensive application design

· Exposure and working knowledge with MVC architecture

· Healthcare experience

EDI and/or HL7 interchanges

Patient accounting experience

Healthcare cash collections

· Experience with REST APIs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience/Exposure to React and Angular on the front end

· In the Midwest area/ able to work CST time zone

Experience in a financial/ banking environment
