Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst in the Kansas City area. You will act as a communication bridge between both internal and external partners. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as providing daily product and platform support and maintenance standards primarily for your team and the corresponding Commercial, Small Business, and other business lines, as needed. As well as, assisting in researching, developing and implementing product solutions to support business processes and when possible, automate work streams as appropriate. This position will also lead and provide direction on the planning, design and execution of department processes, procedures and training to help bridge gaps. You will help analyze bank and system processes and/or procedures, make recommended solutions to increase productivity and reduce processing timelines, while working with internal stakeholders to determine business requirements and priorities. Assist with workflow planning process including design, development, testing and delivery of solutions.This position will also participate in the research and analysis as part of new and existing product partner (i.e. vendor) evaluations. While providing input to business technology requirements and interpret those requirements to determine optimum solutions to meet bank needs
Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* 1+ year of experience within the banking industry
Experience with various banking systems and products
* Experience supporting processes and systems such as:
Data and web analytics, online account opening, deposits, loan servicing, payments, cards and bank compliance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with wireframing or prototyping
Experience with BI Tools
