Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Lead Splunk Engineer to oversee a phase of a migration from Swimlane to Splunk SOAR for their telecommunications client. This individual will serve as the technical lead and solution authority for the migration effort, driving the overall strategy, target-state architecture, and technical governance. The Lead Splunk Engineer will provide engineering oversight and quality assurance across all migration activities, including the transition of applications, playbooks, automations, and integrations into the Splunk SOAR platform. This role will partner closely with client stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery, mitigate technical risks, and establish scalable, efficient security automation processes within the new environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 7+ years of SOAR engineering experience.
• 5+ years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or lead engineering roles.
• Experience leading enterprise SOAR implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong client-facing experience leading workshops, design reviews, and technical discussions.

• Security Operations Center (SOC) environments
Preferred Certifications:
• Splunk SOAR Certification
• Splunk Enterprise Security Certification
• CISSP
• GIAC Certifications
