Job Description
As a Data Engineering Architect, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for clients.
Design end-to-end healthcare data architectures using Snowflake, dbt, ADLS Gen2, and Azure pipelines.
Model complex healthcare datasets (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims, lab, pharmacy, and operational data).
Lead delivery across full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and support.
Facilitate workshops and align requirements across clinical, payer, research, and IT stakeholders.
Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Python/SQL, and Azure tools.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
Apply data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy in clinical and financial reporting.
Leverage AI/Copilot tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in data engineering with 2+ recent years as an Architect
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Azure Data Factory/Synapse, ADLS, and Databricks.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DataOps practices.
Strong data modeling and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
