Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support business growth and provider engagement across an assigned territory. This individual will serve as a trusted resource to physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers by educating them on personalized compounding solutions, wellness offerings, and patient-focused services.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and managing a territory with a consultative sales approach. This role requires strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate providers and office staff on compounding services, wellness products, and customized patient solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory while achieving established sales goals and performance objectives.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up visits with healthcare professionals.
• Build and execute territory development plans to increase market presence in areas with substantial opportunities for expansion.
• Utilize the company's CRM system to manage accounts, document interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor industry trends, provider needs, and competitive market activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, operations, and support teams to ensure a high level of customer service and provider satisfaction.
• Represent the organization professionally at networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry functions as needed.
Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and support long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous sales, business development, account management, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pharmacy or healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-person provider visits.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
