Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to support our client's Mobile Provisioning and Activation team during a major merger initiative. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, partnering with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Key responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, conducting gap analyses, creating and managing user stories in Jira, and developing process flow diagrams in Visio and/or Lucidchart. They will will translate business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, facilitate stakeholder reviews, assess system impacts and dependencies, and document current- and future-state workflows. They will also collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support testing efforts, including test case reviews, defect triage, requirement clarification, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst within an IT organization
Experience using Jira for backlog and user story management and creation
Experience diagramming process flows using Visio and or Lucidchart
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting mobile application development projects
Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Experience creating UML diagrams and documentation.
