Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator for a top logistics and distribution-focused client. This candidate will play a critical role supporting a high-volume inside sales team by managing backend operations, order processing, and shipping coordination. This position bridges communication between sales and warehouse teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational skills. Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
Strong background in customer service, logistics, or order processing
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience handling order volumes (~20 orders/day)
Knowledge of shipping processes, documents, and tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Spanish fluency (primary language for day-to-day communication)
Basic to intermediate English (reading/writing required)
Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
SAP Experience
Experience working alongside warehouse operations teams
Familiarity with logistics/shipping platforms and documentation workflows
Prior exposure to administrative support within sales teams
Experience in cohesive, long-tenured team environments
