Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a highly strategic and proactive Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to a Vice President of IT. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, leading strategic initiatives, and helping shape the direction of the VP's organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive-level leader who can quickly assess organizational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and independently drive meaningful change. This is not a role for someone who requires significant direction; rather, the successful candidate will anticipate challenges, proactively develop solutions, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance, communication, and overall organizational alignment.
As a key partner to the Vice President, they will serve as a strategic thought leader, helping define and execute organizational priorities and long-term objectives. They will evaluate organizational structures, processes, and communication practices to recommend and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive change management efforts, and work closely with business leaders to align priorities and achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, they will provide executive coaching and guidance on leadership presence, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational influence. Responsibilities will also include developing executive-level presentations and communications, facilitating leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions, tracking key organizational initiatives, establishing governance processes and operating rhythms, and ensuring accountability across teams. Acting as an extension of the Vice President, they will play a critical role in influencing leaders, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring strategic priorities are successfully executed.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of progressive leadership, business operations, consulting, organizational effectiveness, Chief of Staff, or executive advisory experience.
Proven experience partnering directly with senior executives, Vice Presidents, C-suite leaders, or equivalent leadership teams.
Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and strategic initiatives.
Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Experience coaching and advising senior leaders on communication strategies, leadership effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
