Job Description
• Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to work onsite for one of our client's in the Kansas City, MO area.
This role is responsible for supporting the legal and compliance function by managing corporate and regulatory filing calendars to ensure timely and accurate submissions. The position prepares, processes, and tracks state, local, and insurance regulatory filings while maintaining corporate records, entity documentation, and official minutes. The individual drafts a variety of legal documents, including governing documents, secretary certificates, board consents, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. Additionally, the role provides administrative and paralegal support to multiple attorneys, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting. The position also gathers documentation and responds to subpoenas, legal processes, and claims-related matters, while supporting vendor and contract management processes such as digital signature administration. Strong collaboration is required to review incoming legal correspondence and partner with internal stakeholders across business and operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Strong understanding of corporate governance practices, entity management and department operations
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Experience working alongside executive leaders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working within the insurance industry or similar regulated environment
• Registered Paralegal (RP) certification
• Understanding of litigation processes and handling litigation-related documents.
