Overview
This is a hybrid sales, marketing, and business development role reporting directly to the CEO. The position is responsible for driving lead generation efforts, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth by actively engaging prospective customers and moving opportunities forward.
Unlike a traditional coordinator role, this person will act as the operational engine behind the company’s growth initiatives, owning both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up while helping build structure within the sales process.

Required Skills & Experience
Ideal Background
3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, SDR/BDR, marketing coordination, or business development
Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage external stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working directly with executives and taking initiative
Preferred Experience
Background in manufacturing, CPG, food production, or dietary supplements
Interest or exposure to performance nutrition, health, or wellness industries
Experience supporting trade shows, events, or marketing campaigns
Exposure to digital marketing, content creation, or brand support
Additional Details
Travel required, approximately 10 to 15 percent for events and customer interactions
Cross-functional collaboration with leadership, sales, and marketing stakeholders
