Account Review Specialist (P&C) - Kansas City, MO
Our client is seeking a full time Account Review Specialist to join their team starting on July 20th. This company is rapidly growing and has a start class going in once a month for this team. The goal of the team is provide excellent client service by renewing performance of existing accounts and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Review client accounts ahead of renewals to identify discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Verify account activity aligns with company policies and industry standards.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize account performance.
Provide insights and recommendations on account status and risk exposure.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate directly with clients regarding coverage updates, cost changes, and recommendations.
Maintain and update client records and account details.
Support overall team goals and contribute to operational success.
Compensation range for this role is between $60,000-$65,500 based on experience and overall fit.

Required Skills & Experience
P&C License (Active or ability to reactivate quickly)
High School diploma (4-year College degree preferred)
1+ years of client service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Real Estate background
