Sales Agent (Tattoo & Beauty) - Knoxville, TN
The Sales Agent is a field-based role focused on building relationships with local and regional businesses to secure sponsorships, discounts, and exclusive offers for members of a national association serving ink and beauty shop owners and investors. This person represents the association in the market, presents partnership opportunities, and negotiates deals that create value for both partners and members.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and connect with local businesses to explore partnership opportunities.
Present partnership value and build long-term relationships.
Secure and negotiate agreements that provide member benefits.
Ensure partner offers are clear, accessible, and meet member needs.
Maintain accurate records of activity and partnerships.
Provide updates and collaborate internally to support partnership growth.
Compensation for this role starts at $70k and increases based on experience and overall fit for the role.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of Sales, Bus Dev, Field Marketing etc.
Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within 60 miles of Knoxville.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong passion for tattoo, beauty, and barbershop industries.
Strong marketing experience
