Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a time-bound, high-visibility initiative for one of our customers. This individual will lead a small offshore consulting team, drive delivery across multiple workstreams, and act as the central liaison between consultants and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments, brings strong ownership over timelines and outcomes, and excels at keeping distributed teams aligned and productive. This is a fully remote contract role with an immediate impact and clear end date.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience managing distributed and/or offshore consultant teams
• Strong program or project management experience across multiple workstreams
• Proven ability to own timelines, milestones, and delivery execution
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background supporting eLearning, instructional design, or course development initiatives
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and course development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Prior experience managing contract-based or consulting teams
