Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer to support a growing engineering team in St. Louis. This individual will work closely with Project Managers and senior engineers to support the design, development, and execution of engineering projects. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career who has strong foundational engineering skills and is looking to grow into a more advanced role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and coordination
Design components, systems, or processes and assist with full project development
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and supporting documentation
Perform research, data analysis, and engineering calculations
Assist with development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Attend project meetings and present on assigned portions of work

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET accredited)
4+ years of professional engineering experience
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or equivalent experience
Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Working toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
Experience in civil, structural, or related engineering fields
Exposure to project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling
Experience supporting large-scale development or infrastructure projects
