Job Description

About the Practice

This is a well-established, community-driven dental practice serving a loyal rural patient base in mid-Missouri. The practice provides a mix of general dentistry, implants, and surgical procedures.

The owner built the practice with a strong personal brand and is now transitioning into more of a mentor role, providing hands-on support for the incoming dentist.

The environment is down-to-earth and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on ethical, patient-first care. The team takes a conservative approach to treatment (“if it isn’t hurting, we won’t push it”) and prioritizes long-term trust with patients.

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Provide a mix of general, restorative, and surgical dental care
Build and maintain relationships with patients across a consistent patient base
Collaborate with other dentists, hygienists, and support staff
Align treatment recommendations with the practice’s patient-first, conservative care philosophy
