Sales Manager - Kansas City Metro (Hybrid)
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Kansas City based team in their headquarters. This candidates will be overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance management of the team, the Sales Manager ensures standard operating practices are clear and understood by the team, supports sales assistants and sales advisors as a point of contact for escalations, and drives call quality and performance. The Manager works closely with the Sales Director to execute department initiatives, coaching plans, and reporting expectations.
The key accountabilities for this role include:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency: timecards, schedules, standard operating procedures and policies.
Drive performance: through data reporting and performance analysis, evaluation audits, 1:1s, training, removing obstacles to advisor success.
Act as main point of contact for client escalations, back up advisors to maintain service levels.
Collaborate with the Sales Director on departmental initiatives, coaching plans, employee relations issues and provide weekly reporting.
We are targeting $85k compensation for this hybrid on site role.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience in non-admitted insurance sales
3+ years' experience in a leadership role
P&C License required
Experience managing and training sales people
Ability to interpret performance data to build coaching plans
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Real estate investing/insurance background is a huge plus
