Insight Global is looking to add an Application Disaster Recovery Analyst to their Telecom customer. This role is responsible for leading application‑level disaster recovery planning, testing, and compliance alignment across the organization. This role partners closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and risk and compliance stakeholders to design, maintain, and validate technical recovery strategies that support business continuity objectives and minimize downtime during disruptions. The position involves conducting business impact analyses, identifying application dependencies and risks, coordinating and executing DR tests, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery practices
Experience with CMDB and IT ticketing systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Experience as a Disaster Recovery Analyst
Previous Telecom or Charter experience
Experience with Fusion and/or Archer tools
