Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level Virtuous CRM expert to serve as the strategic owner of our donor engagement platform. This individual will lead donor lifecycle optimization, automation design, system configuration, and data integrity, ensuring Virtuous is fully leveraged to support scalable fundraising and operational efficiency.
This role partners closely with fundraising, marketing, finance, and leadership to translate business needs into thoughtful system design, automation, and reporting that improves outcomes and reduces manual effort.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of hands-on Virtuous CRM experience in a senior or lead capacity
-Deep understanding of the donor lifecycle (acquisition, stewardship, retention, growth)
-Proven experience designing automation, donor journeys, and campaigns
-Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and translate business needs into system solutions
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-API or integration experience
-Familiarity with financial systems
-Virtuous implementation experience
-Nonprofit background
