Job Description
We are seeking a senior‑level AdvantageCS expert to own and optimize our subscription, order management, and fulfillment ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, serving as the go‑to subject matter expert while driving system scalability, performance, and governance.
The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical AdvantageCS expertise and can translate complex business needs into durable, well‑documented solutions that reduce risk and increase operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for AdvantageCS across the organization
-Lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of AdvantageCS modules
-Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and configurations
-Partner closely with engineering, integration, and data teams on APIs and downstream systems
-Support and lead system upgrades, patches, and testing efforts
-Establish and improve documentation, processes, and system governance
-Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance on best practices
-Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of hands‑on AdvantageCS experience
-Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle, billing, promotions, order management, and fulfillment workflows
-Experience working with integrations, APIs, and downstream systems
-Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
-Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-SQL proficiency for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting
-Experience with Cider tools
-Direct experience leading or supporting AdvantageCS upgrades
-Background supporting subscription‑based or recurring revenue businesses
